These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Digital Field A ("we," "us," "the Studio"), located at Istiklal Caddesi 123, Beyoğlu, Istanbul.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately terminate access and refrain from using the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

All content present on the Site, including but not limited to visual designs, code architecture, 3D models, audio simulations, game concepts, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of Digital Field A or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws and intellectual property treaties.

The "Digital Field A" name and logo are trademarks of the Studio. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site without express written permission. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on the Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

While accessing Digital Field A, you agree to refrain from engaging in any activity that disrupts the integrity of the Site or compromises the experience of other users. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Attempting to bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access, or interfere with server functionality.
• Using automated scripts, scrapers, or data mining tools to extract data or assets from the Site.
• Posting or transmitting malicious code, viruses, or harmful technological content.
• Harassing, abusing, or infringing upon the rights of others within any interactive zones of the Site.

Violation of these conduct protocols may result in the immediate termination of your access and potential legal action.

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED BY DIGITAL FIELD A ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN WRITING.

DIGITAL FIELD A MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE STUDIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Field A shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, your use of the Site. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if the Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Site (if any), or $100 USD if you have not paid us anything.
